NWA Motorsports Photoshoot (10-24 or 10-25)

Subject: NWA Motorsports Photoshoot (10-24 or 10-25) Thu Oct 15, 2009 11:24 am

Since our current banner is a bit import-sided, we're looking to get together to take some new shots.

We're hoping to get most (if not all) members in the new banner!

Kevin (Thunderstruck507) will be up next weekend, so we're going to plan for those dates.
If anyone would like to get together this weekend (perhaps pre-game Saturday?), Mat, Nate and I are probably going to attempt a small photoshoot. Since the weather has been pretty unpredictable, we'll probably wait to see what the weather is going to look like before planning an exact date for the "official" photoshoot next weekend.

Count me in! My car is a photo whore...

Guys I was wanting to do it this weekend because it looks like we're finally going to get some sun. I'm sure Hash [possibly Dave??] and most of you can make it out. There is a good place at the Drake Field airport that would look nice with a bunch of cars and the planes there.

Ray, don't feel bad about bringing the silver/white car, it's not about looks, it's about whats under the hood! smilie

I figure if we do this Saturday, we could do a photo shoot in the mid afternoon [3 or 4] and then go drink beer and watch football. cheers

The banner was just something quick I wanted to put up, unfortunately half of those cars are transverse, at least they're all terbeaux Wink

Hoping to get a good spread of domestics and others in there, and hopefully Cuda will be free as well.

Like Kim said, Kevin will be up next week, so maybe the week advance will give enough notice so people can plan to be here.

If you can go this weekend, or next, or both, just reply on when you can be here.

I wont be able to make this saturday. I has to work 12-6

We can work around schedules. It'll still be light at 6.

I probably won't be making it. I've got responsibilities most of the day and then I'm in the zone starting at 5. Don't try to work around my schedule though lol.

Just do an all-day shoot, that way the ones working evening shifts can show up early, and those of us working morning shifts can show up on the afternoon. cheers

BTW, I work til 5.

Cool so probably after 6 on Saturday or Sunday.

So who wants to help install the front springs/shocks before the shoot so my car won't be squatting in the pics? Very Happy

And I'm down for a cruise, not the "spirited driving" type runs you guys are well known for.

I'll be free on Sunday I think. Pace, what is this non-spirited cruise you speak of? I need to test out my new fat front tires.

We haven't decided whether the drive with be spirited or not. Chances are it will depend on the weather, but we'll let you know ahead of time. =]
